I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All items are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner. Please allow up to 4days business days for production before your order ships.
Average shipping times will be advised by the carrier.

Can I track my order?
Tracking information is typically available within a business day after your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received a tracking number after 2 business days from shipment, please reach out to us at info@arisetoadorn.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
At this time, since all of our products are custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at infor@arisetoadorn.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24hours if the order has not been sent to production.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-15 business days.

Can I return my order?
Once an order is placed, returns and exchanges are generally not supported because products are printed on demand. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, our vendor offers a free reprint or refund if the issue is reported within 30days of delivery, along with the order ID and required photo proof.
